Nourishing Vegan Avocado, Lime and Coconut Face Mask

Ooops I’ve done it again. I have promised to be better at posting blogs, only to get distracted by sunny Australian beaches, lazy Game of Thrones nights and wine…Sorry!

But on the plus side, my lazy winter procrastinations (yes it is pretty cold here in Sydney) has meant that I have been testing out a vast variety of home made pamper treatments and have discovered this tropical blend.

During a long weekend break to Byron Bay with my lovely friend Kate, we binged on episodes of Lost, windy beach walks and this AMAZING avocado, lime and coconut yogurt face mask. So instead of sharing with you a lecture on the importance of nutritional purity (because frankly, I am a vegan but way off a foodie saint…) here’s a sneaky peak into my lazy hacks for keeping your skin tip top as the weather gets colder… Continue reading Five lazy Girl Hacks For Saving Your Skin From the Cold

DIY Lavender & Patchouli Salt Scrub

Over the last few months, I have been successfully weaning myself off unnecessary toiletries. Apart from my plastic free lush essentials, toothpaste and a bar of natural soap; I have been treating my body to a relatively product free life. But last weekend I was feeling a little achy, and my skin was starting to look as grey as the cloud outside, so I decided to knock up a quick salt scrub to rejuvenate and relax.

You could mix up the ingredients to match your favourite scents, but I just love the smell of patchouli and the lavender compliments it really well. Continue reading DIY Lavender & Patchouli Salt Scrub
